How do we raise money?
Semillas de Unidad raises money through the help of the local Chapel Hill community! With the help of local business and our own fundraising events we are able to raise money to give back people in need. In the past we have held fundraisers through local businesses such as Purple Bowl and Ben and Jerry's. We are always searching for new ways to raise money to give back to the community, so if you have any local connections please don't be afraid to reach out!
Where does the money go?
Money raised during our fundraising events goes directly to giving back to the local Chapel Hill Latinx community. Through the purchasing of necessary school supplies such as computers, tablets, and notebooks, Semillas de Unidad strives to create a more involved and productive learning experience for everyone.
